Darrell has achieved membership in Coldwell Bankers' President's Premier, representing the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally, for his outstanding sales performance. He is one of only five Coldwell Banker agents in Pasadena to be the recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award for sales. Darrell has been named numerous times as top producer for the Pasadena office, representing both sellers and buyers in Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, La Canada-Flintridge, and South Pasadena. He has also achieved both the Previews Estates and Architectual Properties Specialist designations.  Darrell also serves as the Previews Estates Director.

Darrell brings a wealth of experience from his international business background having worked in Europe and Asia, as well as New York and Los Angeles. Darrell's business background includes eleven years with Federated Department Stores. He is a product of their executive training program, with management experience at both the store and corporate level. Most recently, he sat on the Board of Directors of D'Urban, one of Japan's leading men's wear manufacturers, with several international offices. As Managing Director of their United States division, Darrell oversaw a multi million dollar business of fashion boutiques in several states. Darrell had direct responsibility for all sales, marketing, leasing, and image direction for D'Urban's IXIZ, Kent & Kerwen, and Sanbusco clothing stores. Using this solid business background, Darrell has the negotiating experience and people skills to get the necessary details resolved for a smooth transaction.

Darrell moved to the Pasadena area over twenty eight years ago. A native of Arizona, he attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. While in school, Darrell's extracurricular activities included: Student Body President, Mayor's Advisory Panel, and was chosen as a Congressional Scholar from Arizona. His community involvement has included working with The Pasadena Symphony, The Circle of Friends of The Huntington Hospital, The Pasadena Mental Health Center, The Old Pasadena Business and Professional Association, The Huntington Hospital Nurses Auxiliary, and serving as President of the Craftsman Council of The Gamble House. Darrell is also actively involved with Holy Family Church in South Pasadena.
